TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation)
TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is a form of physical therapy that uses weak electrical currents to relieve pain. This method involves placing electrodes on the surface of the skin near the painful area.
